Our mission is to help school districts, charter schools, and child & adult day care centers administer the federal meal program to offer compliant healthy meals to our at risk populations, while training the professional food service worker on all program rules and compliance regulations.

Technical, Operational, and Financial Assistance to operate a sustainable program, Marketing/Promotions, Trainings for groups/staff, and Dietitian Consulting.
Our professional and experienced staff will work alongside food service directors, assistant directors, site supervisors and staff to assist with the creation of menus, HACCP compliant recipes, with procurement specifications and work on projects, identified by the district, as priority.
We have the experience & knowledge to guide the district to implement new programs and conduct staff training to help minimize costs while operating efficient programs.
